I am 27. I’m into health and fitness. I’m 5’5″ tall.

I got into fitness around age 15 and maintained a healthy weight for years, but in 2009/2010 I gained about thirty pounds.
In June of 2011 I was 156.4 lbs, my highest weight, and I decided to do something about it.

I lost about 25 lbs in five months by eating smaller portions of healthier food and biking everywhere. I have maintained in the 120’s since November of 2011.

My goal is to get stronger, increase lean muscle mass, and decrease body fat percentage.
